Shipping

We only ship to United Kingdom mainland at the moment. All our items are handmade to order in London so please allow up to 4 weeks  from the time you place your order to recive your item. We use Royal Mail and Evri to ship our items.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll be happy to take the goods back within 14 days of receiving your order. Please conatct us if you would like to return your item:  hello@salmagundi.xyz

All returned goods must be unworn/used and in the condtion you received them. They muust be in the original packaging and still have all labels attached.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are unable to refund any orders which get lost.

Please remember to keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from us that we have received it. Returns are normally processed within two weeks of us receiving your return.

November 30th is our last shipping day before Christmas. We wont be able to 100% guarantee that they will reach you before Christmas but we will do our best!
